1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) through our online shop vanyx.io. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB are not covered by these GTC. Only our GTC in the version valid at the time of the order shall apply.

3. Subject Matter of the Contract

Through our online shop, we sell physical goods such as vehicle parts, camping accessories, and clothing. Custom products (e.g., individual conversions or special accessories) are only available upon direct inquiry and are not sold through the automated shop system.

4. Conclusion of Contract

Product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded when we send our order confirmation by email.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and shipping requirements of the item and are shown separately during the ordering process. The prices valid on the day of the order shall apply.

6. Payment

Payments can be made via PayPal, credit card, instant bank transfer, bank transfer in advance, or other payment methods offered in the shop. Delivery generally takes place only after full payment of the total amount.

7. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is available within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) only. Delivery times range from 4 days to 4 weeks depending on the product and are displayed for each item. Pickup at our location in 77975 Ringsheim is possible by arrangement.

8. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Excluded from withdrawal are items manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, as well as goods returned damaged or used.

10. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. We sell only new parts. Complaints regarding damaged or defective goods must be reported immediately upon receipt.

11. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited in amount to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

12. Special Notes on Custom Conversions

Individual vehicle conversions or special solutions are only available upon request. A purchase contract in such cases is concluded exclusively on the basis of an individually prepared offer, not through the shop system.

13. Online Dispute Resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

German law applies to all disputes, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction – where legally permissible – is the registered office of our company in Freiburg im Breisgau.

15. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
